I received something asking for a picture of my driver’s license and/or social security card. Why?
- When opening an account all firms are required to ensure they make an earnest effort to verify your identity. In most cases this can be done automatically but in some cases when we cannot we are required to collect additional information from you. In order to protect your information we provide a secured, encrypted upload feature in the app so the pictures you send of your information are only accessible by those who need it.
