I connected my account and it’s showing no holdings.
If your account was connected and showed no holdings, there may have been an issue with connecting to your institution. Please disconnect your account and try re-linking it. If you continue to have issues, reach back out to support.
How is my performance calculated?
Performance is calculated using time-weighted average return.
Are options supported?
Not at this time, they will be in the future.
If my portfolio is public do users see how many shares I own or how much money I have invested?
Public portfolios will never display dollar or share amounts. The only information shown are what securities you own and the percentage up/down you are for the time period.
What if I want to switch my privacy setting?
You can switch your privacy any time by going to your Portfolio Settings (located in your main settings menu) or switching it on the portfolio itself in your Portfolio dashboard (utilizing the “eye” icon).
Can I set different privacy settings for different accounts?
Yes! Each linked account can have its own privacy setting
How do I disconnect a brokerage?
To disconnect a portfolio, navigate to your Portfolio Settings in your Settings screen.
How do I get a green badge(flair) next to my holding on the streams?
Users who have set their account to public and have verified holdings, when posting will also show a verified green check mark next to the holding. This verifies that they actually own the security
