If someone in your Room is violating the Room Rules and/or your Room’s custom rules, you have grounds to ban them from your Room. To accomplish this, simply go to the offender’s message, click the three dots on the top right of the message, and select Ban User.
A user ban is permanent. Once you ban a user, they can never be part of your Room again.
