Managing or Canceling Your Subscription

Ad Free and Edge subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel any time — just do it from the same place you originally subscribed.

How renewals work

• Plans renew automatically at the end of each monthly or annual period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends.

• Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends.

• Canceling stops the next renewal. You keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for — the current period can't be canceled partway through.

Cancel on iPhone or iPad (App Store)

1. Open the Settings app and tap your name.

2. Tap Subscriptions, then Stocktwits.

3. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.

Cancel on Android (Google Play)

1. Open the Google Play Store and tap your profile icon.

2. Tap Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

3. Select Stocktwits, tap Cancel subscription, and follow the prompts.

Manage your plan from the account you purchased with on the web. If you need help canceling or have a billing question, contact Stocktwits Support with your username and the email used for the purchase.

Refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases are handled by Apple and Google under their policies.
