Password reset emails usually arrive within a few minutes. If yours hasn't shown up, one of these fixes almost always solves it.
Quick fixes
Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders. Filters sometimes catch automated emails. If you find it, mark it as "Not spam" so future emails land in your inbox.
Confirm you used the right email. The reset email only goes to the address associated with your Stocktwits account. If you have more than one email, try the others.
Give it a few minutes. Delivery can be delayed. Avoid requesting several links in a row — each new request replaces the last one.
Use the most recent email. If you did request more than once, open the newest message and use that link.
Add Stocktwits to your contacts or safe senders list, then request a new link from stocktwits.com/reset-password.
Signed up with Apple or Google? Accounts created with Social Login sign in through Apple or Google. Try the same button you used when you signed up instead of resetting a password.
Still stuck?
If none of the above works, contact Stocktwits Support from the email address you believe is on your account, and include your Stocktwits username so the team can look it up.
