If you've decided to leave Stocktwits, you can request that your account be permanently deleted. Take a minute to prepare first — deletion can't be undone.
Before you delete
Cancel any paid subscription first. Deleting your account or the app does not cancel an Ad Free or Edge subscription purchased through the App Store or Google Play. See Managing or Canceling Your Subscription.
Consider a lighter option. If you just need a break, you can turn off notifications, or change your username if you want a fresh start.
Delete your account
In the Stocktwits app: open Settings, select Delete Account, and follow the prompts to confirm.
Can't find the option, or prefer email? Contact Stocktwits Support from the email address on your account. Include your username and let the team know you'd like your account deleted.
Deletion is permanent. Once your account is deleted, your profile, posts, followers, and Watchlist can't be restored, and your username may become available to others.
For details on how Stocktwits handles your personal data, see the Privacy Policy.
